After ride food and beer at Woody's Brewing on Shasta Street. Joint Redding Mountain Bike Club/Ride Redding/Shasta Wheelmen ride from Sundial Bridge Parking lot up the Sacramento River Trail to Corum Rd, up to Shasta Dam. Across the Dam to the Parking lot for the visitor Center. Mtn bikers/cross bikers go up Shasta Dam Blvd, and then down Hornbeck trail to Keswick Dam Rd, then down to Ribbon Bridge. Mtn/Cross bikers ride down Sacramento Trail on the south side to turn right on Benton Dr/ N. Court St, left on Riverside, right on Center St, Right on Shasta St to Oregon St/Woody's Brewing. MT/Cross bike route including the ride to Woody's and back to Sundial Bridge Parking lot about 43 miles and 1300 feet of climbing.

Road Bikers at the Shasta Dam Parking Lot go up Shasta Dam Blvd to the top, and down to Lake Blvd, turn rt on Lake Blvd, south to Quartz Hill Rd, Rt on Quartz Hill to Keswick Dam Rd, turn rt and cross the Keswick Dam, up to Iron Mtn Rd, turn rt and north to Rock Creek Rd, turn left and up to Granite Rd, turn left and up to Red Bluff Rd across Hwy 299, and north to Swasey. Take Swasey north to Placer Rd, turn left and down Placer past Buenaventura to Pleasant Street, turn left to head north to Shasta St, rt on Shasta St across Court Street to Oregon St/Woody's Brewing. Road bike event about 49 miles including riding back to Sundial Bridge parking lot and 3050 feet of climbing. The first MTB Strava route from the Dam Parking lot follows the hornbeck trail south, and has an optional out and back to Chamise Peak, and finishes at the Ribbon Bridge crossing Keswick Dam Rd.

The second MTB Strava Route is an option off the Sacramento River Trail about 4 miles from the start above Dieselhorst Bridge, and heads up the Middlecreek Trail to near the town of Shasta including French Fry segment before looping back to Iron Mountain Rd and Keswick Dam Rd back to the Sacramento River trail to continue north to Shasta Dam parking lot for a longer MTB ride.
